Having Chromebook Issues?

Having Chromebook issues:

PASSWORDS

Passwords have been reset to the following:


Username: school email

(example: rh124582@rock.k12.nc.us)

Password: ddmmyyyyr? (example: 02052007r?)


If this does not work make sure to double check your email address, make sure that periods are periods (not commas or semicolons), and make sure that you added the r? to the birthdate. If you changed your password and/or still

can not get in, please call the RCS HelpDesk at 336.627.2700 or 336.627.2701 or email helpdesk@rock.k12.nc.us.


CHROMEBOOK DAMAGE

Another device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) can be used to submit this information.


CHARGER ISSUES

If you are having Charger issues. Click here to submit a form.

Bring in your charger if it is damaged, so it can be tested. If you are responsible for the damage there is a replacement fee of $25.00.
